Classes

  • A flowing, breath-centered class utilising both the classical and contemporary Pilates repertoire.

    Together we focus on strength, mobility, functional movement and balance.

    All levels welcome.

    When: Wednesday 6pm at Armature Pilates

  • A restorative focused class targeting muscular and fascial release techniques using body weighted stretche, rollers, and other props.

    A great way to restore tight and tired muscles and down-regulate the nervous system.

    When: Wednesday 7:00pm at Armature Pilates

About Leia

Qualified in Matwork & Reformer Pilates, Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga and an extensive background as a Nutritionist, Leia’s classes combine contemporary & classical style pilates, strength & functional training, with a sprinkle of meditative movement practices to support both the physical and emotional body.
